I’m excited to announce that a book I designed for Octane Presshas won the Gold Benjamin Franklin Award for Cover Design-Non Fiction by the IBPA. Last year, I designed the cover and interior concepts for Canning, Pickling and Freezing with Irma Harding. The award winners were announced in Austin, TX on April 10th. It was a pleasure and a privilege to work with Lee Klancher and the folks at Octane on this book featuring the gorgeous cover illustration of Irma by Equity Creative. And it’s a huge honor for all of us to be recognized in this increasingly competitive Indie Publishing market!
